It is that time of the year to renew your BGA membership for the 2026 season.  Annual dues are now $45 a year.  BGA members cannot participate in any BGA events until the annual dues are paid in full.     As always, you can pay by mail, pay a board member, or request an invoice at the following email latiolaischarles67@gmail.com.

Existing members that had enough credit left on the books to pay their annual dues were automatically renewed for the year 2026.   Other members are encouraged to review attached credits sheet and apply any credit balance you may have towards your annual dues and just pay the difference.

If we used your credit to renew your membership and you have plans to get out of the BGA please let us know at latiolaischarles67@gmail.com and we will send you a full payment of your credits including the $45 applied to rejoin this year.   Below is a list of those members automatically renewed with credits.   If you think I’ve made an error, please let me know and I will check into it and either fix the problem or substantiate.   Please see Credit on Books file attached to this email.

We have set a deadline of Friday January 2^nd 2026 for submission of annual fees by existing members.    Our membership limit remains 150.

After the January 2nd deadline, any open membership slots will be filled by golfers on the waiting list order of longest wait time first.

Our tournament director has put together some high-quality golf courses to play this year.    In keeping with tradition, we had scheduled Southern Oaks in Abbeville for the January tournament but management there changed the deal and wanted us to pay 50% of the tournament cost up front so we pivoted to Bayou Bend in Crowley.   Can’t pay an amount we don’t know so we moved our business elsewhere.
