This year the January Fun Tournament will be played on Sunday January 18th at Bayou Bend Golf Club, Crowley, LA.   The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8:00 am.   The format will be a blind draw team tournament. Each player will play his own ball for points and the teams will be randomly selected.  The tournament fee is $55.00 per person and includes prize money. There will also be an individual skins pool.

Ages 70 and over – Super Senior Tee Markers.

Deadline to submit your tournament entry: Tuesday January 13, 2026.

Just a reminder…The BGA can email you an invoice to pay your entry fees, skins and even your annual dues, using your credit card.    Email me at latiolaischarles67@gmail.com to request an invoice.

Your annual dues must be paid in full to play in the tournaments.   Golfers on the waiting list will be notified in order they are listed until all open spots are filled to our capacity of 150 members.

It is that time of the year to renew your BGA membership for the 2026 season.  Annual dues are now $45 a year.  BGA members cannot participate in any BGA events until the annual dues are paid in full.     As always, you can pay by mail, pay a board member, or request an invoice at the following email latiolaischarles67@gmail.com.

Existing members that had enough credit left on the books to pay their annual dues were automatically renewed for the year 2026.   Other members are encouraged to review attached credits sheet and apply any credit balance you may have towards your annual dues and just pay the difference.

If we used your credit to renew your membership and you have plans to get out of the BGA please let us know at latiolaischarles67@gmail.com and we will send you a full payment of your credits including the $45 applied to rejoin this year.   Below is a list of those members automatically renewed with credits.   If you think I’ve made an error, please let me know and I will check into it and either fix the problem or substantiate.   Please see Credit on Books file attached to this email.

The BGA has a new way to pay your entry, skins and even your annual dues.

Each month you receive an email / monthly newsletter and if you want to participate and pay using your credit card, the BGA now has an easy method for you to pay.

All you need to do is to respond to the monthly newsletter and we will send you an emailed Invoice.

You can also go to the website, branch-golf.com , click on the “Contact Us” tab and let us know that you want to participate.

The BGA will email you an Invoice that will allow you to pay with your credit card. You can even save your credit card information, which will make it easier to pay in the future.

The invoice will be directed to each individual and will be itemized.

Simply click on the Pay Invoice button and follow the instructions.
