BGA MARCH 2026 Tournament Newsletter

• The tournament entry fee is $75.00 per person
  • There will also be an individual skins pool- $10.00.
• Deadline to submit your tournament entry fee – Tuesday March 3, 2026

You can contact us via email – latiolaischarles67@gmail.com – to let us know that you want to enter and we will send you an invoice.  Please specify entry only or entry & skins.   You can also detach the bottom section, fill in the blanks, and mail to the address listed below.

RED SHOES RV PARK ACCOMODATIONS:

Room Rates: $139 for Chalets & $39 for RV Pull Through Sites. (These quotes do not include the 7% Tribal tax or the $10.59 Resort fee.) per room.

Notes: Rooms must be reserved before [03/26/26]

Each room must be reserved with a valid credit card (can also be route to master if group is paying)

We will soon be getting info out on the Out of Town Trip May 1^st , 2^nd , and 3^rd in Gulf Shores, AL.  

Members are responsible for their own accommodation on the out-of-town trip.     Branch Golf has arranged a room block for members at the Holiday Inn Express in Gulf Shores.    See info below;

Holiday Inn Express – Group Reservation Process Overview

Members of the Branch Golf Association can now secure lodging for the April 30–May 3, 2026 group block at Holiday Inn Express Gulf Shores. Reservations may be made by calling Guest Services at (251) 948-6191 and referencing the Golf Association (GOL) block.

Inventory is limited during spring tournament season, so early booking is strongly encouraged to lock in preferred room types and contracted rates.

BGA - New Way to Pay

• Are you tired of writing that monthly check to the BGA?
• Are you tired if trying to find the envelope and “First Class Forever” stamp?
• No more forgetting to send in your entry and calling the Friday before the tournament wanting to play.

The BGA has a new way to pay your entry, skins and even your annual dues.

Each month you receive an email / monthly newsletter and if you want to participate and pay using your credit card, the BGA now has an easy method for you to pay.

All you need to do is to respond to the monthly newsletter and we will send you an emailed Invoice.

You can also go to the website, branch-golf.com , click on the “Contact Us” tab and let us know that you want to participate.

The BGA will email you an Invoice that will allow you to pay with your credit card. You can even save your credit card information, which will make it easier to pay in the future.

This is example of what you will receive.

The invoice will be directed to each individual and will be itemized.

Simply click on the Pay Invoice button and follow the instructions.
